From September 2003 to December 2004 Jemma joined me on air each Friday night; a great fun packed show. As the promo says, we have some general chat, and some not so general!

The best shows are those with lots of feedback from listeners, via e-mail, text and voicemail. One of the best things to come from Jem on the show is the diversity of music - plenty of rock and pop mixed together.

The Spot The Intro competition is a nice simple competition to test your music knowledge. We play just the first few seconds of a song's introduction and you have to guess what the song is. No regular prizes, but we do plenty of shout-outs!

We also feature a Web Site for the Weekend for you to surf along to. They are either, useful, useless or just plain fun, to keep you busy whilst listening!

The sites could be anything; the only rule is it has to interest us! You can view the website archive here for virtually every site we've featured.

Jemma first appeared on the show, as a guest, on 29th August and after another appearance the show officially became ours, on Friday 12th September 2003. We presented the CMP Farewell Finale on Wednesday 29th December 2004.
