Other than radio, what other interests/hobbies do you have?

Other than CMP, I spend very little time at Uni in York where I’m studying History and American Studies and quite a bit more time working earning money so I can do something when I’ve finished spending very little time at Uni.

When I’m not working or at Uni, I enjoy Snowboarding, going out with my mates and the usual stuff. I also really enjoy picking on Aaron, kinda makes life worth living.

What have you achieved so far in radio? What is it that you like so much about the medium?

I haven’t really achieved all that much within radio, many because of the reason that people get very nervous whenever I go near a mixer. But I am very proud to be the only regular female presenter on CMP. I’ve also been involved in the outside broadcasts that have been arranged on CMP which have been a great laugh and im sure I really annoy my mates by continually telling stories about those ‘experiences’.

In radio, who's your favourite personality and why?

I haven’t really got a favourite radio personality. I listen to radio for the music and I love hearing new bands on stations such as Kerrang, because that kind of music doesn’t really get much air play on other radio stations.

When did you join CMP?

I’ve been co-presenting on CMP for nearly a year now. Still not brave enough and take the leap to doing a show on my own yet. I hadn’t had any experience in radio before and I was invited round to Dan's one Friday night to listen to his show. He hasn’t been able to get rid of me since!

If you could offer one tip to a newbie presenter at CMP, what would it be?

I find it really hard to imagine that there is actually any one listening even though you can get loads of interaction though the Internet. I find this makes it so much easier to present. Just have a laugh and imagine you’re on your own.

Has anything embarrassing happened to you whilst on air at CMP?

Just a few.. I'm always speaking when im not supposed to, get quite a few evil looks off Dan. The one I remember best was when I was supposed to be playing a clip for a competition and I had some how muted the computer it was on.

What are you goals in life? How many have you achieved? Where do you want to go with your career?

I really want to travel. Especially to Australia and New Zealand. I really love Snowboarding so hopefully I can get my qualifications and become a Snowboard instructor in Canada.

Who's your favourite presenter on CMP and why?

Erm…. Well I love listening to Ali Moore; I laugh so much at his shows I think my family think im going mad. I also really like listening George Laing because he plays the kind of music I really like and he sounds so good and confident when he’s on air. I like listening to Dean Vultaggio 'cos of his competitions and when I listen to Dave and Chris (Moses & Moss) my brain enters a constant state of ‘what the hell?’ which is always fun!

Where would you like to see CMP Radio in 3 years time?

I would be really cool if the station kept expanding. I reckon we can get world domination!!!! And lots more outside broadcasts!!!
